Customising the payroll department portal

You can customise the colours and add a logo to the payroll department portal.

This is different to customising the employers portal, which is done on an employer by employer basis and seen by the employees of the employer.

1. Go to the My ePay Window website at https://www.myepaywindow.com/.

2. Enter your registered username and password and select Login.

3. Select Administration.

   

4. Select Branding.

   To add a logo:

   1. Select the box to browse for the image or drag the image.

      

   2. Or enter the URL of the logo.

      

   To change the colour:

   1. Use the colour picker.

   2. If you know the HEX colour code for your company colour you can enter it directly.

   3. or use the slider and circle to choose a colour of your choice.

      

5. Select Save.

6. For the changes to take effect, log out and back in again.

The image file should not exceed 500KB (to check the size: Right-click on the image in Explorer and select Properties)Recommended File formats: .JPG .PNG .GIF
