Notices not applied to pay runs when Pay Run Notices Lock is on

To use Pay Run Notices Lock, it must be activated first.

When Pay Run Notices Lock is turned on in Payroll, notices relating to payments on current open pay runs are not applied.

As of August 2026, only incoming pension notices from NEST Pensions are supported for automatic retrieval and held by the Pay Run Notices Lock. Notices from all other pension providers must be applied to the pay run manually.

The Pay Run Notices Lock is in beta testing. As of August 2026, it is only available for NEST pensions. Additional notice types are being considered for future releases. For more information, go to Coming soon.
