Download a payslip for a specific month
When a pay run has been finalised, payslips can be downloaded for a specific month or multiple months as individual payslips or in a combined file.
To download a payslip A statement provided by an employer to an employee, detailing their wages, deductions, and net pay for a specific pay period.This is a legal requirement under the employment rights act and should be received on or before the pay date. for a specific month:
- Go to Employees.
- Find and select the required employee.
- Select More, then Payslips.
- On the relevant payslip line, select Actions, then Download Payslip.
