Login: Unable to sign in (password)

When trying to log in, and after entering your user name and password the message "unable to sign in" is displayed.

Troubleshoot if you receive this message when entering the username.

  1. Incorrect Email: Verify that the email address used is correct and use the one registered with Every Payroll.

  2. Incorrect Password: Reset your password if needed.

    If you encounter errors during the reset process:

    • Confirm the email address is correct and registered.

    • Ensure the account is activated.

    If the message "Reset password is not allowed at this time. Please contact support for assistance." shows, it is likely the email address is not registered. Double-check the email address and try again.

  3. Unregistered Email: Ensure you are using an email address registered with Every Payroll.

    If the email address is not registered and you need to create an account.

    If an account already exists for the email address you are trying to use, "That email address is already a registered user." will be displayed. In such cases, reset the password for the existing account.
