Step 5: Create a year end backup

Make a backup of your data to an external source. This is an additional backup to your normal backup process.

IRIS Payroll Business / IRIS Bureau Payroll creates a backup automatically as part of the finalise process.

  1. Open the company you wish to backup.

  2. Go to the Application Button

    Application Button

  3. Go toBack-up and Restore and select Back-up Company Data.

  4. To confirm, Select Yes.

    Are you sure you want to back up the company data? ". Select Yes.
