Send offer to candidate

Once you have given the interview feedback, select Offer and follow these steps:

  1. Confirm you want to Offer the role.

  2. Select the Offer Workflow Process you want to use.

    Offer Workflow Processes are setup in your recruitment workflow.

  3. Work through each offer task by selecting PERFORM TASK and completing the required steps for each.

    You can select the cog icon then Offer Details to reopen this window at any point.

Default workflow process

The default workflow is a 2 stage process:

  1. Confirm whether the offer has been accepted

  2. Confirm when the candidate is hired.

To complete the process:

  1. Select the candidate and go to Offer Details.

  2. Next to Verbal offer to candidate and confirmation of acceptance, select PERFORM TASK.

  3. Add notes if needed.

  4. Select Yes to confirm the offer was accepted.

    The current date and time is displayed but this can be changed if the offer was communicated and accepted at an earlier time.

  5. When the candidate is regarded as hired, next to Confirm candidate is hired select PERFORM TASK.

  6. Add the date and time that the task was actually performed.

  7. Add notes if needed.

  8. Select Task is complete, then OK.

The offer process is now complete and the candidate is moved to Offer > Hired in the vacancy.

Offered candidates will also be displayed on the dashboard in Candidates > Offers in Progress.

Offer before feedback

To make an offer when a candidate has not yet been progressed to Requires Feedback:

  1. In the vacancy, select the candidate.
  2. Select the cog icon then Offer.
