Creating an Appraisal Template
You can create templates/frameworks for any appraisal your organisation uses, including:

360-degree feedback
We recommend mapping out your appraisal form structure before starting so that you have something to refer to when creating your form.
Appraisal Template overview
The template creation process is as follows:

Create a new appraisal template with a basic structure.

Use the Group option to add more sections to the template.
For example, Objectives, Skills, Training and Development, Personal Development Plan, 360-Feedback to suit your appraisal process.
You can create as many groups as needed.

Use the Framework option to add subsections to the groups (for example, to add specific objectives to an Objectives section).
If required, you can link framework items to job types or roles.
You can also copy existing appraisal templates and use them as the basis for new templates. Contact Support if you want to embed PDF documents into appraisal templates.
