View Business Pack forms with the forms module

How your organisation uses business pack forms is your choice. Set Rights and Where Clauses allow you to control access to your forms for employees, administrators and line managers etc.

View and create forms

With the Forms module, you can edit and create new forms in System Tools > Utilities > Apps > Other Forms.

A list of available business pack forms displays, showing:

  • The form name.

  • The owner of the form.

  • If the form uses the request and approval process.

  • If the form is for submission only.

  • If the form is active and available for use.

From this screen, you can:

  • Select the name of a form to view more details about it.

  • Edit the form (if you have the appropriate permissions).

  • Select the arrow at the top of the Order column to change the form order from ascending to descending or vice versa.

  • Select the arrow beside a form to access other editing options.

  • Select the cross beside a form to delete it.

Deleting a form removes it from employee records.

If you delete a form by mistake, you must contact us to request a data restore (this is chargeable).
