Benefits data cleanse
If you have data recorded on the Benefits screen, it's important to review the information and complete a data cleanse before you set up Payroll Integration. Key points to consider are:

Are there multiple records of the same benefit recorded against employees?

If there are multiple records, do they have the correct start date and the correct end date?

Is the benefit information captured for employees correct?
Use Query Builder to create and run a basic query to export any data recorded on the Benefits screen to Microsoft Excel and review the information.
Use the Screen Designer (Configure This Screen) to upload new information in bulk and amend existing data.
