Configure your Calendar Feed

  1. From your home page/dashboard, click Action in the navigation menu and select My Preferences in the Configure section.

  2. At the top of the screen, click the Calendar Feed tab. The Calendar Feed appears.

  1. Amend the settings as required, using this table as a guide:

    My Calendar

    Enabled

    Tick the box if you want records from IRIS Cascade to be synchronised with your calendar. If you do not tick the box, you will not see any appointments in your calendar

    My Calendar Link

    Type the URL of your calendar, to create a link between IRIS Cascade and your calendar

    Include

    Tick the box beside each item that you want to synchronise from IRIS Cascade to your calendar

    My Team’s Calendar

    Enabled

    If you have direct reports, tick the box if you want to see your team (i.e. your direct reports) in your calendar

    My Team’s Calendar Link

    Type the URL of your team calendar, to create a link between IRIS Cascade and your team calendar

    Include

    Tick the box beside each item that you want to synchronise from IRIS Cascade to your team calendar

    Use Employee Specific Time Zone

    Tick the box if you want your calendar feed to use a different time zone (for example, if you are based in a different country)

    Time Zone

    If you select Use Employee Specific Time Zone, use this field to select the appropriate time zone from the drop-down menu

    Access Key

    The access key enables IRIS Cascade to access the planner for employees

  1. At the bottom of the screen, click Save Preferences.
