Custom salary reviews
You must have Microsoft Excel 2003 or later to use this functionality.
Follow these steps to create a custom salary review:

Create a list of the employees who are affected by the review:

In Query Builder, select the Use This Group option, or:

Go to Reporting > Organisation Explorer, or:

Select All Employees I Can Access

IRIS Cascade creates a spreadsheet showing current salary details for the selected employees. You can amend this to reflect the salary review changes.
You can use the saved data at any point, so you can revisit your calculations before applying the review changes, but you can only complete the review once.

Upload the salary review data back into IRIS Cascade.

Commit the changes to apply the new salaries.

If required, mail merge the salary review data to create notifications for the employees.
