Assign properties to an attendance category

  1. Go to Admin.

  2. Select Calendars and Time > Attendance Categories.
  3. From the Categories list, select the category name.

Do not select Edit - this is a different function.

  4. Select Update in the Category Properties box. This makes the properties editable.

  5. Select the Category Properties you want to apply, then Save.

In every category, the property Absent must be enabled to ensure that the category is displayed on the Absence screen.
