Enhancements

  • NEW Email template: We have added the ability for you to add fields to email templates in Admin > Email design. You no longer need to contact the service desk to do this. Further details on the functionality can be found on the help centre page.

  • Housekeeping job: A new overnight housekeeping job has been added to delete old requests. This will clear any requests that are older than This year + 2 years. This has been done to help keep systems clear of older requests and help with system performance. There is no impact to reporting as the data can still be audited if needed using the Data Change Audit.

  • Include in Bradford Factor: When selecting Sick as a Category Property of an Attendance Category, Include in Bradford Factor would be selected automatically, and could not be un-selected. We have now made it possible to untick Include in Bradford Factor for these types of Attendance Categories.

Fixes

  • Tasklist error: The standard Tasklist chart would display an error if the logged in user had no tasks to complete. This has now been fixed.

  • Query builder: After running a query, on the results page the pagination button, at the bottom, to see the Next 15 records wasn't working. This has now been fixed.

  • Enhanced reports: When adding a Schedule to an enhanced office report, it wasn't possible to add more than one recipient at a time. This has now been fixed and it's possible to add multiple employees at the same time.

  • Deleting an employee: When deleting an employee where the Firstname and Surname were 50 characters long, occasionally they were not deleted. A fix has been applied to correct this.

  • Survey manager: When viewing the results of a survey in Excel. On certain occasions an error would be shown to the user running the report. This has now been fixed.

  • Parental Bereavement Pay: When changing country of entitlement from Northern Ireland to England, Scotland, and Wales, SPBP is being paid due to Miscarriage could be selected incorrectly. This has now been fixed

Enhancements

  • Zero entitlement format: When booking an absence with no entitlement remaining, the message has been reformatted to remove the large zero '0' and replace it with short message. This has been done to improve the user interface and allow better accessibility.

 

Fixes

  • Entitlement message: When an entitlement profile is set to Display warning, the warning message wasn't being displayed to the user. This has now been fixed.

  • Absence selection resets: On the absence booking form, after selecting a Category and then a Type, once the date was changed the selected Type was lost. This had been fixed.

  • Gender Pay Gap Report - Negative values can now be enabled on the Gender Pay Gap Report. If wanting to show certain elements as negative, such as Salary Sacrifice elements, we have added a new Pay Element Parameter - Display as Negative On Gender Pay Gap. Any element which has this parameter selected would display as a negative value of the element on the Gender Pay Gap Report.. The new field can be selected from Query Builder and will display on Audit

  • Set standard value of a pay element to zero after payment - A new Pay Element Parameter has been added to clear down the standard value of a pay element after payment. Selecting this parameter prevents the initial payment being paid again in future periods. This can be used with Cloned elements, to prevent the original element which was cloned being paid again in future periods (such as Occupational Maternity and Adoption). The Pay Element Parameter is titled Zero Standard Value After Payment. Once selected for an element, following period end the standard value would be set to zero. The new field can be selected from Query Builder and will display on Audit

  • The following reports have been updated to include Statutory Paternity Bereavement Pay YTD when the country or entitlement for Northern Ireland

    • Gross Pay Analysis

    • Total Cost Breakdown

    • Statutory Deductions

    • Gross to Net

    • Employee Payment and Deductions Summary

    • HMRC Reconciliation

  • A fix has been applied to the History > NI HISTORY screen, to ensure validation warnings for Earnings At ST and Earnings At LEL are correct.

  • A fix has been applied to Input > INPUT STATUTORY PARENTAL BEREAVEMENT PAY. When Northern Ireland is selected as the Country of entitlement, and a No of Weeks already paid are entered, the Details > STATUTORY PARENTAL BEREAVEMENT PAY screen would show the information for Weeks Paid in the England, Scotland, and Wales section. This has now been fixed and the information will now appear in the Northern Ireland section
