HR | Scalability and infrastructure

Authentication issue: Corrected an issue with username/password validation that caused incorrect username or password warnings when the username contained a space.

Change Lab enhancement: Information added to the password reset message, letting users know they may have to wait up to 15 mins for the email to arrive.

Enhancements

  • Absence entitlement: In Absence details, the Entitlement Summary has been updated to the new IRIS Cascade style, making it consistent with MyCascade and using a more natural sentence style.

Fixes

  • New Starter Wizard > Hierarchy: Option to Select Entire Hierarchy removed from New Starter Wizard, as any employees with this selected were only visible to their line managers.

  • My Task List Summary:

    • Fixed issue causing the name of the task to flicker on the enhanced dashboard.

    • Name of task changed to a link instead of a button.

  • Admin > Awards: A fix has been applied in Admin > Awards so that if a 404 page not found error appears, the menus are still accessible.

  • Cache busting: Cache busting added to prevent browser from not using new files. This was introduced due to a recent issue where the new pagination files were not being used by the browser and users had to clear their browser files.

Scalability and infrastructure

Payroll integration:

  • Timesheet integration has been tuned to load the list of pending items quickly and more efficiently, allowing a larger volume of data to be handled.

  • Average Holiday Pay integration has been tuned to load the list of pending items quickly and more efficiently, allowing a larger volume of data to be handled.
