DocuSign

The DocuSign module allows you to manage every step of the document signing process in one place, including:

  • Sending documents.

  • Setting signing order and making edits to documents.

  • Tracking and collecting signed documents.

Enhancements

  • Query Builder > Two-Factor Authentication Setup Complete field: New field added to Query Builder > USERS to tell you whether two-factor authentication has been set up for each user.

  • Absence > HMRC info message: Information message reading 'For the purposes of HMRC Sick Pay rules, bank holidays are not treated as non-working days' shown when user adds a Sick record.

  • Updated labels: Labels have been updated in HR > Maternity / Paternity / Adoption.

    Any query formula which uses the previous labels will need to be updated.

  • At a Glance > dropdown options: All added to the dropdown options in the following sections of Admin > Auto Enrolment > At a Glance:

    • Non Entitled Worker

    • Entitled Worker

    • Non Eligible Jobholder

    • Eligible Jobholder

Fixes

  • Email character limit: Increased character limit for description of emails (Template HTML). Previously a limited number of characters were being shown when the email was read.

  • Year Name changing in error: When editing an existing Entitlement Year, Year Name would incorrectly change when the record was saved.

  • Password Policy > Checkbox behavior: In Admin > Users, Profiles and Roles > Password Policy, the behavior of the checkboxes was inconsistent when any changes were canceled.

  • Password validation pop-up: When password validation was triggered in Change Security Details, the pop-up was getting stuck in a display loop.

Fixes

  • Salary adjustment: Issue integrating salary and pay when putting through a salary adjustment for statutory payments.

  • Input value: Input value not being applied for future pay period.

  • Working Calendar preview: Admin > Working Calendar > Preview now extends to the full width of the browser window.

  • Pay Grade rate/range: Corrected column alignment in Admin > Pay Grades.
