Loading Licences

Licences for IRIS Financials are now loaded in the software itself. Once loaded, they can then be assigned to specific users as described in Assigning Licences to/Removing Licences from Users. Following a new licence request, a licence file (.LIC file extension) will be sent to you. This file then needs to be loaded into the system as follows:

1. Select Home, then select Licences from the menu.
   
2. The Licence Assignment window is displayed. To add new licences, select IMPORT LICENCES.
   
3. The Select a file dialog is displayed. Select the licence file (.LIC file extension) from the folder it was saved in, then select Open.
4. The added licences are displayed in the left-hand panel and are ready to be assigned as described in Assigning Licences to/Removing Licences from Users.
