How do I add Analysis Fields to Analysis Fields Sets?

Analysis Field Sets are automatically created when creating nominals. To enter additional information when posting transactions that is displayed in Enquiries, Analysis Fields must be created and added to the required nominal code Analysis Field Set.

Analysis Fields must be created before they can be added to an Analysis Field Set.

  1. Go to Maintenance, then Analysis Field Sets.
  2. Select the required analysis field set.
  3. Select ADD NEW, then ANALYSIS FIELD.
  4. Choose the analysis fields, then select OK.
  5. Select SAVE.
