Attach accounts created in IRIS Elements Accounts Production (any level) to a CT600 return

If you subscribe to IRIS Elements Accounts Production (any level), you can download a copy of the accounts in iXBRL format, then attach them to the tax return.

  1. Go to Clients > Client List and find the required client.

  2. From the Corporate tax returns widget on the client dashboard, select the required return. The Status tab for the return is show by default.

  1. Select the Data Input tab, then select Attach accounts.

  2. Choose the required file, then select Upload. The selected accounts are then displayed. You can edit the period start and end dates and name of the file if required.

  1. If changes are made to the accounts after they have been attached, you can re-attach the adjusted accounts to the return.
