Set up practice email integration (SMTP / IMAP)

You can integrate IRIS Elements Practice Management with most email applications that support SMTP or IMAP. This allows you to send emails from IRIS Elements Practice Management via your email provider's email account.

You'll need to apply the follow settings for your practice, then each user on the platform will need to set up their personal email integration for SMTP/ IMAP.

  1. From the cog icon on the top menu, select Settings, then select Practice Management.

  2. On the Email tab, under General, select the Send and receive via SMTP/IMAP toggle.

  3. Select Save. Each user will then need to set up their personal email integration for SMTP / IMAP.
