Import trial balances direct from Xero — Errors
The following error messages may occur while importing trial balances direct from Xero:

Add trial balance data to Xero. Check whether matching accounting period dates exist. |

404001 No blob data found |

404002 No status found |
log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required). Include the error code and message in your ticket. |
|
408001 Timeout |
Disconnect from Xero then reconnect. |

409001 Ingestion conflict |
log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required). Include the error code and message in your ticket. |

409002 Acknowledge conflict |
log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required). Include the error code and message in your ticket. |
