Once Companies House have received the formation, the status is updated to Pending. You can view this status in Step 7 - Submit company of the wizard, or on the Company Formations page or widget.
Companies House review the submission before accepting or rejecting it. IRIS Elements Company Formations constantly polls Companies House for the latest submission status but you can also use the Query status button to retrieve the latest status.
If the submission is rejected, the reason is displayed in Step 7 - Submit company of the wizard. Select Unlock and edit to amend the details then re-submit.
Once the formation has been accepted, the Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of Association will be available to view on the client dashboard for the company being formed.
