Clients' questions
The Questions feature allows you to easily communicate with your client through the client portal.
This feature can be turned on and off via practice settings. Once turned on, a Q&A tab is added to the client record.
You can add comments to tasks assigned to the client, send comments via documents shared with the client, or your client can raise a question through their portal, which then display on the Q&A tab of their client record.
You can also ask or respond to questions directly from the Q&A tab. An email is sent and a notification is displayed in IRIS Elements when your client asks you questions or responds to questions.
