Use the support diagnostics tool
Our support diagnostics tool lets our support team trace your current user session. It also contains your User ID and Tenant ID.
Turning on log tracing and providing your Tenant ID and User ID when asked will help the support team diagnose the issues you are experiencing.
It should only be used when requested by the IRIS Support Team. Once launched, the tracing is limited to 60 minutes.

From the cog icon on the top menu, select Settings.

Select Diagnostics.

On Application logs, turn on Enable log tracing.
