Connect IRIS Accountancy Suite to IRIS Elements

If you're an IRIS Accountancy Suite customer moving to IRIS Elements, you can link your accounts to synchronise your data between the two products.

Before you begin make sure you have the latest version of IRIS Accountancy Suite.

Download the latest recent version of IRIS Accountancy Suite.

You can find a detailed list of the data synchronised in Data included in IRIS Accountancy Suite to IRIS Elements synchronisation.

Synchronise your data

  1. Use the IRIS Accountancy Suite Sync Control Panel to remove any client records you do not want to synchronise.

    Your data will be synchronised as soon as IRIS Accountancy Suite is connected to IRIS Elements. So it is important you complete this step before connecting the accounts.

  2. Connect your IRIS Elements account:

    In IRIS Accountancy Suite, go to System Maintenance > System > Connect to IRIS Elements via App Store.

IRIS Elements will begin the synchronisation when the accounts are connected.
