Confidential clients
Confidential clients are not included in the synchronisation. Once a client is marked as being confidential, they will be excluded from the synchronisation.
The event of marking a client record as confidential is also not synchronised. If you have a client record that is synchronised between both IRIS Accountancy Suite and IRIS Elements, and you mark it as confidential, you’ll need to repeat this action on the other system.
Client deletion
Deletion of client records is not synchronised between IRIS Accountancy Suite and IRIS Elements.
Client records that are deleted will be automatically blocked from being re-synchronised from the other system.
If you want to delete a client record completely from both IRIS Accountancy Suite and IRIS Elements, you’ll need to delete them on both systems.
