Client Management
In IRIS Elements (v.0), you can easily add prospect, client, and non-client records, and perform electronic ID checks. You can also manage your 'Know your Client' (KYC) and AML responsibilities.
If you're an existing IRIS Accountancy Suite customer, your client data will have synchronised with IRIS Elements (v.0) and you can view and edit client records. If your client data isn’t shown, follow the steps in this Support article.
If you need to delete a client record, you can do this in the IRIS Accountancy Suite.
Select Clients to view all clients and prospects, which you can filter by type, status, and risk profile.
