NEW AI Writing Assistant - July 2025

We have added an AI Writing Assistant that uses Chat GPT technology to help you create emails.

The AI Writing Assistant cannot access any of your organisational data in School Spider or other software applications it is linked to, such as your Management Information System (MIS).

To use the AI Writing Assistant, it must be activated by an administrator for your organisation.

The AI Writing Assistant can help you create messages by entering a prompt, or be used to proofread messages you have created.

After creating a message with the AI Writing Assistant, you can edit the message to include any Merge Tags for personalisation.
