Use the AI Writing Assistant to Proofread and Improve Messages

If you skip using the AI Writing Assistant and create your message, it can be used to proofread or improve your message.

1. Select the AI Writing Assistant icon from the toolbar.

   

2. Select the relevant option: 
   • Proofread — To check the spelling and grammar.
   • Formalise — To change the tone to be more professional.
   • Add More Detail — To make the message longer.
   • Shorten — To reduce the length of the message.
