Reports Manager Overview

The Reports Manager section of IRIS Reach is designed to provide your organisation A school, multi-academy trust (MAT), single academy trust (SAT), club, nursery or organisation that uses the software. with information recorded in the system about students, for example, levels of absence, or the total numbers of messages sent out. The following reports are available:

Attendance Reporting — various attendance reports that work with information from your Management Information System (MIS). For more information, go to Attendance Reports Overview.

Student Report — report for a specific student that includes, summary of attendance, communications sent, behaviour records, and more. For more information, go to Run and Edit Student Reports.

Message Totals — details of all messages sent using IRIS Reach, with total costs of sent messages.

Absence Sends Overview Report that details the most recent absence alerts you sent. — daily details of sent absence messages.

Number Search — complete record of messages sent to a specific telephone number, which can also be used if you receive a notification that you have sent messages to a number not linked with the student the message related to.

Message Search — displays a list of messages that contain specific text.

Audit Trail — list of all messages sent using IRIS Reach.

Digital Documents — details of all digital documents sent from IRIS Reach.
