Run and View Communication Reports

In IRIS Reach, you can create reports to review text messages, emails, letters, and message history sent using IRIS Reach. Communication reports can be used to check for incorrect e-mail addresses, email addresses rejecting your emails, and details of those who have unsubscribed.

  1. Go to Community Reach > Reports Manager.
  2. From Reports Manager, select the required message Type. The following options are available:

    • SMS/ Voice — details of text messages or voice calls.
    • Email — details of emails sent. For the required Contact Name, from Message, select View to display the message details.
    • Letter — details of all letters created in IRIS Reach. For the letter, from Action, select Preview Letter to download a PDF copy.
    • Contact History — displays message details and statuses for a specific person A parent, legal guardian, carer, or someone responsible for a student.. Enter the person's name in Contacts Name, select their name from the list, then select GO. From Action, select View History to display messages sent to the email or telephone number.
    • Email Reporting — displays details of incorrect email addresses, emails that are being rejected, and those who have unsubscribed. To send a letter to the person, select the required person in Print Letter Automatically creates and downloads a PDF version of the message..
