• Absence calls An automated call made to parents and carers of selected students when they are absent. for past dates can now be marked as actioned
• Absence calls are no longer made to contacts that do not have a telephone or mobile number
• For organisation A school, multi-academy trust (MAT), single academy trust (SAT), club, nursery or organisation that uses the software.s using IRIS Data Extractor, the most up to date absence report data is now imported when sending absence alerts A MyEd app message, text message, email, or automated phone call.
• AI Writing Assistantnow correctly actions requests to summerise, format, or change the tone of text entered for generating messages
• Email addresses that are blocked due to persistently reporting emails sent using IRIS Reach as spam or junk now display in Email Reporting

IRIS PlusPay

• Improved security updates
• Items and dinner money top-ups that are for more than one organisation and include a discount now display correctly in Order History
• Days Over Due is no longer populated for installments with a Due Date in the future when viewing outstanding payments
• Resolved issues with parents and carers who already have an IRIS Identity account registering with the MyEd Name of the application parents and carers use to receive messages sent by schools using IRIS Reach. app for organisations using IRIS PlusPay
