Update — April 2023
The following updates were made to IRIS Reach during April 2023:
New Features
Digital documents previously sent with communications or uploaded to IRIS Reach can now be removed.
Go to Reports Manager, select Digital Documents, then from Check All select the documents you want to delete. To confirm, select Delete.
Fixes and Updates
- Edited recurring messages now correctly save the recurring date and time, and the message is sent correctly
- Names that include characters with accents are correctly displayed when searching for students in Parent Reach Module for IRIS Reach used to send MyEd app messages, texts, or emails to parents and carers for individual or all students.
- Images added to MyEd Name of the application parents and carers use to receive messages sent by schools using IRIS Reach. app messages now display when viewed in the Inbox
- Security improvements for text messaging
IRIS Absence Call
- Responses made through the MyEd app to absence alerts A MyEd app message, text message, email, or automated phone call. no longer duplicated in the Inbox
- Absence call responses no longer cut off playback part way through
IRIS PlusPay
Resolved issues with:
- Resolved issues when downloading bank account Breakdown reports
- Parents and carers not being able to make card payments during busy times through Barclays in the MyEd app
- Post codes or zip codes for addresses outside of the United Kingdom now accepted when making card payments
