Set Up Parents' Evenings — Step 3 Back to Step 2

Parents' evenings can have in person A parent, legal guardian, carer, or someone responsible for a student., video, or both appointment types. Depending on the type of evening being created, either one appointment type is applied to all dates and times, or types can be set for each appointment slot.

One Appointment Type for All Appointment Slots

To apply the same appointment type to all dates and times of the event:

1. In Appointment Slots, for Change All, select Face to Face to switch between Face to Face and Video.
2. Save the details.
3. To choose which parents and carers are invited, select the students.

Different Appointment Types for each Appointment Slot

To create an event with both face to face and video appointment types:

1. For each required date, against the times of the appointment slot, select Face to Face to switch between Face to Face and Video.
2. Save the details.
3. To choose which parents and carers are invited, select the students.
