Writeback IRIS Absence Call Responses

SIMS Customers Only

IRIS Absence Call Module for IRIS Reach used to manage sending alerts for absent students. customers using the auto-link feature for SIMS, can writeback Transfers data from IRIS Software Group products and your Management Information System (MIS) responses to absence alerts.

1. From the Inbox, for the required message, select the Student name.

   

2. To complete writeback for the student, you must select Save for the relevant dates.

   Dates that you have not selected Save for are not written back to SIMS.
