Manage Products for Multiple Sites — June 2025

We are excited to announce our Multiple Sites feature for organisations with multiple sites who use IRIS BioStore Portal.

Multiple Sites helps organisations manage products within a Template Site and share the product information across multiple sites.

To use the Multiple Sites feature, and administrator must set the Multiple Sites permissions for the required users.

We are working on more exciting features for Centralised Management for Multiple Sites, but as of May 2025, it can only be used to manage Items.

Benefits

  • Manage the products available for menus in one place.
  • Update available products or product information for multiple sites at the same time.
  • Create separate templates for different site types, such as Primary Schools and Secondary Schools.

How Multiple Sites Works

To manage the items available at all your organisation's sites, add a template site, then select the products.

If all the products required have already been added as Items in IRIS BioStore Portal for an individual site, when adding the template site, select Copy the products from an existing site.

After adding the Template Site, to add the products to individual sites, select Manage Sites.

When changes are needed for the products on the template, edit the Template Site, then to update the sites, share the information again.
