The following updates were made to IRIS BioStore Portal during February 2024:
New Features
Point Of Purchase Setting
You can now choose whether to deduct the cost of the meal from the customer balance when they order or collect meals.
To choose when to charge for the order, go to Maintenance, then select Settings. For the Point Of Purchase setting, choose whether the order total is deducted from the customer balance when ordering the meal or collecting it.
Fixes and Updates
- Duplicated deposits no longer add cash for the difference
- Filters for reports now work when using 3 characters or more
- Users with School Manager permissions can no longer Edit Permissions for users with higher permissions
- Improvements to styling for reports and to support using IRIS BioStore Portal on smaller screens or a touch screen device
- Resolved issues with Free School Meals (FSM) not displaying correctly for some students
- Duplicated currency symbol no longer displayed when managing balances
- Added Payment Types for a customer now automatically link to and synchronise with assigned payment providers
- Improved security updates
