Supervisor Meals for Staff Members

To set up and manage supervisor meals (SVM) for staff members: 

New staff members

If staff members are imported from your Management Information System (MIS), skip to step 2.

  1. Add the staff member as a customer.
  2. Set up the SVM payment type for their account.
  3. Add a deposit to their SVM wallet.

Staff members already added to IRIS BioStore Portal

To manage SVM account balances for staff members who are already set up as Customers with an SVM wallet:

If an SVM payment type was not set up for the staff member when their account was set up, it must be created before a balance can be added.

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Find and select the required staff member.
  3. Select Manage Balances.
  1. Add the required amount to their SVM wallet.
