Add Product Warnings

If the allergen or dietary information you want for menu options is not available from the default list, add it, then assign it to the required items or customers.

1. Go to Products, then select Product Warnings.
2. Select Add Product Warning.
3. Complete the following details: 
   1. Name — Enter a meaningful name for the allergen or warning.
   2. Description — To identify what is covered by the allergen or warning, enter the relevant details.
   3. Level — Choose how products linked to the warning are displayed when customers order:
      • Show But Dont Allow — Products are displayed but cannot be selected.
      • Remove Option — Products do not display for customers linked to the warning.
   4. Applies To — Choose whether the warning is applied for all customers or just those linked to it.
4. To save, select Submit.

5. Assign the warning to the relevant items and customers.
