Add Item Prices

If prices are different for students and staff members and whether they choose to eat meals on the premises or take them away, separate prices must be added for the item.

  1. Select Add Price.
  2. From Customer Type, choose whether the pricing is for Staff or Student.
  3. Choose the Meal Type:
    • Eat In — Meals that are eaten on premises
    • Takeaway — Meals that can be taken off premises
  4. Choose a Cost Option.

    If No cost is selected, the Price Calculation and Price do not need to be set.

  5. Select the relevant Price Calculation.
  6. Enter the Price.
  7. To save, select Submit.

When all required pricing has been added, continue adding the item.
