How do I cancel a pre-order? 

If an order has not been collected, it can be cancelled from Pre-Orders.

Collected orders cannot be cancelled in Cashless Catering. For more information, go to How do I cancel an order that was accidentally marked as collected?

1. To find the order, select either the student's year and class, or Staff.
2. Select their order, then Clear Order.
