What do I do when a student collects their order?

When a student or staff member collects their order, to deduct the cost of the order from their balance, it must be marked as collected.

  1. To find the order, select either the student's year and class, or Staff.
  2. Select their order, then Collected.

The status is automatically updated for orders marked as Collected and cannot be changed.

If an order was accidentally marked as Collected, a refund must be processed from the customer account.
