How do I cancel an order?

If an order has not been collected, it can be cancelled from Collections.

Collected orders cannot be cancelled in Cashless Catering. For more information, go to How do I cancel an order that was accidentally marked as collected?

1. To find the order, select either the student's year and class, or Staff.
2. Select their order, then Cancel Pre-Order.
