Introducing Owlbot

Owlbot is available on every page in IRIS ParentMail, proving access to in-product help articles, guides and tours, and links to topics in our Help Centre.

To display and use Owlbot, you must accept all cookies for IRIS ParentMail when logging in, or turn on the Measurement cookie. For more information, go to Manage Cookies.

Owlbot is currently being populated with help articles, guides, and links. If you are unable to find the help you need, use the link to visit the Help Centre.

How to use Owlbot

Select an option to access help articles, guides and tours, and links to Help Centre topics. If Owlbot Recommends is displayed, you can access specific help for the topic mentioned.

Owlbot is also available with links to specific help content on windows where you might need help and information about a process.

Alternatively, enter what you want help with or a search term in Search..., for example Parents' Evening, Absence, and so on, to display any available help content.

Owlbot Updates

A badge is displayed to let you know when new help articles, guides, or tours are added to Owlbot.

How to turn Owlbot off

If you do not want Owlbot or any help guides and tours displayed, you must turn off the Measurement cookie for IRIS ParentMail.

By turning off the Measurement cookie,Owlbot, guides and tours, and pop-up messages are not displayed until you turn the cookie back on.
