Take Payments using Subsidy Amounts

If parents or carers need to pay for items, meals, or club places, using allocated amounts from educational subsidies, such as Pupil Premium, you must complete a manual order on their behalf. At Checkout, from Payment Method select Subsidy, then enter the Subsidy ID.

To take a part payment for an item using a subsidy amount, complete orders manually by Payment Item.
