Activate Parent Consent

To get consent for a trip or item your organisation is taking payments for, you must select the parental consent option when creating an item.

If Parental Consent Required is not selected when creating the Payment Item, the option is only applied to sales made after the item has been edited to require the setting.

To check if an item requires parental consent or activate the setting:

  1. Go to Payments > Payment Items.
  2. Select the required item. If consent is required, Parental Consent is displayed in Settings (On/Off).
  3. Select Actions, then select Edit.
  4. Select or clear Parental Consent Required from Settings (On/Off) as required.
  5. Select Save.
