Unsubscribe Users
If a person unsubscribes from IRIS ParentMail, their connection the organisation is removed and they no longer receive information and messages for the organisation from which they have been removed.
If the person is connected to more than one organisation for IRIS ParentMail, they can still access their account to view or apply settings, and view details for any other organisation they are connected to.
A person can unsubscribe themselves from their account, or you can unsubscribe or subscribe as person on their behalf.
- Select Users > List.

Select the required user to view their account details.
Not Connected Users
If the status of the person is displayed as Not Connected adjacent to their name.

Select Actions, then Unsubscribe or Resubscribe as required.
You can only manually unsubscribe users who are not connected.

The status is automatically changed to Unsubscribed adjacent to the name of the person.
Connected Users
A person with Connected status can unsubscribe from messages whenever they want. If want to subscribe to messages again, you need to manually resubscribe them.

Select Actions, then Request Resubscribe.

A warning message is displayed. If the person has provided consent to subscribe to messages, select Resubscribe.

An email is sent to the person with a request to confirm they want to subscribe again.
