Remove Parents and Carers No Longer Linked to Students

When student leavers have been removed or removed as a user from IRIS ParentMail, any users with the Parent user type that are not linked to students can also be found and removed.

To find parents and carers that are not linked to students and remove them as an IRIS ParentMail user:

1. Go to Settings, then select Housekeeping.
2. Select Remove Parents Not Linked Students.
3. To confirm removal, select Yes.
