Manage Documents to Print
IRIS ParentMail automatically generates paper copies of documents that can be printed for a person who does not have an email address, the IRIS ParentMail app, or have specifically requested a paper copy.
Go to Documents to Print to display a list of document types that can be printed. Any outstanding documents that need to be printed have a red badge with a number count displayed next to the document type in the Documents to Print menu.
The Documents to Print menu only displays the document types for IRIS ParentMail modules you have purchased.
Select the required document, then select PDF to download a paper copy.
The following document types can have paper copies produced:
Email — any emails sent from IRIS ParentMail where a person requests a paper copy is provided.
Forms — any forms sent from IRIS ParentMail where a person requests a paper copy is provided.
SMS — any text messages sent from IRIS ParentMail where a person requests a paper copy is provided.
Parents Evening — a list of any students not linked to a class or staff member for a parents' evening with details of any person who did not receive a notification about the parents' evening.
Payment Refunds — a list of refund confirmation details.
Payment Fulfilment — any notes for orders that have been processed. To print individual notes, go to Payments, then select Fulfilment By User or Fulfilment By Item.
Payment Receipts — receipts for processed orders.
Payment Barcodes — barcodes for a person that has been set up for PayPoint payments.
Batch Payments — a list of payments that have been made for orders.
Cashless Catering — reminders and balance notifications for students who do not have a responsible person linked or with contact details in IRIS ParentMail.
Registers — reminders and balance notifications for students who do not have a responsible person linked or with contact details in IRIS ParentMail.
