Manage Account Sessions
You can view and manage sessions on devices from which you have logged in to yourIRIS ParentMail account.
- Log in to your IRIS ParentMail account.
- Select Account, then select Manage Sessions.

The Account Sessions window displays the devices in which your account is logged in. The expiry date and time is displayed next to the session details.
You are automatically logged out of any session at the date and time displayed in Expires:. You must enter your password to log back in to the session.
- Select Close to return to the dashboard.
Log Out Expired Account Sessions
To log out of an expired session, select the Delete icon next to the session name.
If you log out of an expired session, you need to enter your log in details again to start a new session for that device.
