Delete Users

If a user requests you remove their details from the system or you want to remove a user who no longer needs access to your organisation, you can delete their account.

Deleting a user account means they can no longer log in to the web portal or app or receive and respond to communications. You are unable to recover a user account you have deleted.

  1. Go to Users > List.
  2. Select the user you want to delete, then select Actions, then Delete.
  3. The Confirm Action window is displayed. Select Delete to remove the user details.
